How long will delivery take?
We pride ourselves on our exceptionally quick delivery times. If you order a product before 2pm and it is available in stock, we will despatch the same day for next day delivery. Please note that next day delivery is unavailable in certain areas of the UK (e.g. Northern Ireland / Scottish Highlands or Islands). If we have a stock shortage of any ordered product we will call you to make you aware of this. You will be kept fully informed at all times.
Who will deliver my order?
We use several couriers to deliver our products. However, the vast majority of our orders are delivered by Interlink Express between 8am and 5pm.
Will my order require a signature?
We recommend someone is in to sign for the products if possible, however, we do understand that everyone leads busy lives and canŐt always wait in. If this is the case please leave a signed note on your door for the courier asking them to leave your order in a safe location around your property and they will do this usually.
Can you ship overseas?
We can ship overseas if necessary. If you want an order shipped overseas please contact us through the online enquiry form stating what you would like to purchase and where you would like it delivered. We will reply with a delivery quote. Alternatively, call us on 01745 825150 and we will quote you over the phone.
Why is the receipt not included with my goods?
This is done for two reasons. Firstly, we respect the environment and want to do our bit! We are aiming to become a paperless office and do not believe in printing unnecessary paperwork. All receipts are emailed automatically when your goods are despatched. You can choose if you then print it! The second reason for not sending receipts with the order is a simple one... many of the orders placed through our site are gifts and the senders are not always happy for the recipients to receive the cost of the items!
Can I return any items/cancel an order?
You have the right to return any items purchased within 7 days providing the goods are unopened and in perfect condition. In addition, the packaging must be in perfect order. We will refund the cost of any returned items immediately on return, however, please note we will not refund the original carriage costs or return postage costs. Once a refund is completed it should show in your account within 3 business days.
